Renew Your Subscription
If you subscribe to all 8 concerts, or the Super Series, and wish to renew all 8 concerts for the 10-11 season, you may now renew online through the Online Ticket Office in three easy steps!
Step 1: Log On
Click the link below to begin. If you have an existing online account log in using the email listed on your renewal notice. If you haven't used our online ordering system before, choose the link "Send Me My Password" and enter the email address listed on your renewal form. The system will send you a password to that email address.
Step 2: Renew
Once you are logged in, click the "Subscriptions" button at the top of the webpage. you will see up to two packages. One is for your Eisemann Center Seats, one is for your St. Andrew United Methodist Church Seats.You will need to renew both of these packages to complete your subscription. They need to be added to the shopping cart one at a time. Once you have added one package to the shopping cart, it is easy to get back to the subscription renewal page by clicking "Subscriptions" at the top of the webpage.
Step 2: Checkout
Once all three packages are listed in the shopping cart (you will see all of your tickets for the 8 concerts listed) click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the webpage and proceed to the payment screen. This payment process will charge your credit card immediately.
Of course, you can always fill out the renewal form and mail it in the enclosed return envelope. You may also call the Symphony Ticket Office at 972-473-7262 and renew by phone. Thank you for your support!
Purchase A New Subscription
To purchase a new subscription, you may call the office at 972-473-7262 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, or click the link below to download the subscription order form. Print the form, fill it out, and send it in with payment.
